We want you to love your scent. If for some reason you're not satisfied, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.
7-Day Window
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened and in original packaging.
Pristine Condition
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been sprayed or opened.
Refund Process
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Extended Policy
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
